Well it looks like we have a strong young contingent but we do have the whole spectrum of ages in here, but I pretty much knew that already. I am surprised by one or two peoples ages however or who slightly older or younger than I thought!

Myself, I am 27 and will be 28 in couple of months.

As I'm getting older, I'm also becoming more liberal (politically speaking) and I'm viewing the world with increasingly rose-tinted glasses, so I must be doing something wrong.

yeah I gotta say honestly the conservatism does not really apply to me , on most issues im liberal , but on mental health I tend to be pro science and less about all the warm fluffy stuff. you know, the 101 of self help lark.

like recently I was in a book store and I saw a book for neuro linguistic programming in the psychology section. so I thought sounds scientific. so I fast forwarded to the section what is NLP , and my bulcrapometer went through the roof when what I expected was bullet points , tightly defined language and what I got was Paulo Coelho type nonsense.

so I immediatedly googled it and of course , non sense , and particularly unscientific.

I'm 37. I think I'm going to stay there, because it sounds nicer with a British accent then 38.

Wow I guess i will be the village elder, I am 40.

Lovely 20 somethings, if you want to challenge yourself, pack one bag an move somewhere where you always wanted to go. I did that, lot of hard work. However, I achieved a lot and now having everything gets me to a pretty deep depression. Any advice?
