no. but i took anti nausea med and threw that up. took pepto bismol and feel a bit better but still got a headache.

thanks guys. i think part of it is anxiety of throwing up. i hate throwing up so i get anxiety about it. trying to distract myself.

That doesn't sound good. I'm OK. I got up around 6:30 and had coffee already. I'm nervous about going to the therapist.

i have therapy today too. im so nervous because shes gonna know whats up with me and i dont want her to see me like this.

Morning folks...

Strange thing today, it's pretty windy with some strong gusts & it's bothering me when I go outside. It's hard to put a finger on it but it's almost like sensory overload, the wind noisily blowing through the trees, the trees swaying & leaves blowing about everywhere. It's like it takes over all my senses leaving me feeling exposed. Like there's so much movement I can't keep an eye on people walking down the street as other things are distracting & also I can't hear cars or people over the noise. Makes me feel on edge...

Why not? She should understand sometimes your symptoms are worse. It will be OK.

holy.........***** i went to a social event last night. even though it was only an hour. i SPOKE to people, i looked a few of them in the eye!!! i made some of them laugh!!!!! AM got really screamy on the drive back but wow. that never happens. social things i mean. plus i remembered to take sleeping stuff last night so i';m running on (holy ***** again) 8 HOURS of sleep. when's an ax gonna fall on my head and wreck my day and outfit.

My cpn mentioned bipolar when we last spoke, asking if my psych had ever mentioned it.
My diagnosis is schizophrenia. With schizoaffective disorder are the mood/psychosis symptoms in the same episode or separate? I've looked online and the sites are conflicting
