I thought about doing that in the past, more so when my GAD was playing up which had a significant amount of health anxiety...

Still, I'd be quite interested to do a FOI request to the psychiatric hospital where I go outpatient for my p-doc appointments. I'm not sure I'd really learn all that much though, I think my p-doc is pretty open with me.

It's been a long time since I've felt the need to keep a knife nearby. I've never gone outside with one but during acute periods of psychosis I've kept one by me in my flat.

It's generally not a good sign when you start thinking like that, you have to be pretty far gone to think you genuinely need a knife etc. for protection. I hope you are feeling a bit more grounded today...

You know, weight loss just comes down to one important factor. You have to be expending more calories than you are consuming. There are three ways to do that:

1) Exercise more & eat less

2) Exercise more & eat the same.

3) Exercise the same & eat less.

So as you can see, even if you are restricted to minimal exercise, you can still lose weight by cutting down on the amount of food you eat. It might be more effective to do so alongside exercise but it'll still work without.

I'd say the easiest way to do that would be to do something like cutting out snacks between meals or stopping drinking high calorie drunks like soda/milkshakes etc. It doesn't have to be a massively strict diet, just as long as it's consistent you will gradually lose weight.

Currently, I'm sort of skinny fat... overall I'm slim but I've got a bit of a belly. I mean my waist size has gone up 2.5" since I went on Risperidone. I've lost maybe 3-4lbs since I came off but I'd like to get rid of my belly!

My daily walk is helping a bit but now I'm going to cut out my afternoon snack + occasional chocolate biscuit / cheese & biscuits after dinner. Probably amounts to 200 less calories a day.

I'm sorry to hear that...

Can't you arrange another court date, or will that cost more money?

Unfortunately they won't do that. Thank you!

Some times my phone just freezes and I get super duper scared! Someone is tracking my phone, I know it! Phones don't just freeze on the home screen for no reason, do they? No!

Something bad happened while I was lying down after being awake for just a couple of minutes and I feel like my day is ruined. I don't want to be here. I want to go to sleep and never wake up.

I'm worried my burgers might have been contaminated. I don't think I'll order from there again.

There's too much juice, it seems. I guess it could be related to the tomatoes but the mayo and everything seems too watery. I didn't do anything rude but I did make the cab go through the drive through. And at least one employee thought that was crazy the last time I went there. :/

morning

i had a headache when i woke up this morning. and i have some nausea. i drank a fourloko last night but only 1/3 of it. i poured the rest out in the middle of the night.

i feel slightly more coherent than yesterday. not by much...

i didnt get much sleep because of the rain and thunder all night. and probably because of the alcohol. i dont drink a lot. thankfully.

In all likely hood it's not just you. With someone like that, they are often quite clever and therefore skilled at not getting caught.

im. disoriented i told the visiting doctor Everything short of AM and shes putting in a psych referral for me. every time i try to do it myself they turn me away and say theyre booked but maybe someone who Isnt Me can get me in? i hope they don't just send me to a Unipolar Non-Psychotic Depression And Anxiety Specialist with all the advice arsenal of a high school guidance counselor like usual.

it was nice to let it out though. don't knw why i trusted her enough to tell her so many things. mayb e im just desperate. :V

I've heard the weirdest liquor combination involves a worm, or so they say...

I have three cigarettes left and then I quit completely for good for real.

I smoked one an hour ago and it gave me a bit of anxiety. Or it's the 2x 200mg caffeine pills. I'll stop those too but I'm just so tired. It's a habit I picked up from running out of Concerta..

Edit: I drink a lot of hot chocolate now ^^
