I bought some eliquids at the mall 30ml x2 18mg for 50 dollar. Big bottles didn't have 24mg. She asked me how much nicotine and I said "24mg" and she was like "holy ****, *cough*, excuse my language".

Idk why. I don't remember the nicotine I was always taking in the hospital I think it was 16mg gum, 10mg inhaler and 24mg patch..

Have you ever tried making your own? You can get the ingredients online and make them, I have a friend who does it and they're nicer than any I've tried manufactured. You know what's going into them as well. He made a banana one and it was amazing! There's plenty of tutorials online, lot of hassle but if you like baking or making alcohol and things like that you could be into it.

Don't really look at them much but they are there!

I smoked my last cigarette a couple of hours ago...

****ing sick & tired of smoking. Pretty much got myself in the right mind set over the holidays but had a few false starts mainly due to planning for failure... kind of made me realise that it was just faulty thinking / anxiety holding me back.

Determined not to smoke any cigarettes in 2016 (or ever again for that matter)... so here's to being a non-smoker!

I'm rooting for you! I craved smoking a couple months ago. I realized it wasn't me and my T talked me out of it. One time I lit 3 cigarettes at a time and passed them around like it was candy. I did that until the pack was empty. Never again!
Stay strong!

Yeah, I mean... it's a great thing to be off cigarettes what with all the carcinogens etc. (forgetting about the fact there are still some chemicals in e-cigs) but at the same time nicotine is a ***** of a substance to be addicted to.

You know, if you look at the nicotine side of things, it does nothing for you either other than keep your wanting more, and causing stress i.e. cravings etc.

People may justify e-cigs by the fact they are, comparatively speaking, a lot healthier for you but they honestly still aren't good for you. It's not like you magically get benefits when you take away all the nasty stuff, there never were any benefits to begin with, you know?

Well done on getting off the death sticks though, a good step!

To be honest I wouldn't be into making my own either, seems like a lot of hassle but by god that banana eliquid was the nicest one I've tried.

If you like citrus flavours this is my second favourite I've tried. I think they ship to the US. Rainbow sherbet in the dark - Vaporium Online Shop

Had a screaming match with my mom in the middle of the street in the town in front of my dad and sister while cars were trying to get by because I took the extra bottle of Concerta but took as prescribed. I changed my ways. It was so I could stay with my grandmother for a break away from my step dad. I don't care if I forgave him. I refused the injection and became exremely agitated but he said I was over emotional which usually happens at the end of the injection. I got my shot being reassured that I am sick but what ever.

I was doing so well but she hung up on me and I put her in her place. I'm not crazy. I can work but she says "No he can't, look at him he's symptomatic out of his mind and this is what I have to deal with".

I'm makes me upset that she tries her best and I can't trust her.

They're thinking of putting me in a monitored group home except they just come to visit and I learn how to be independent etc which will get me a life and friends in the city because there is nothing for me in the middle of no where. That's just an aption.

I'm tired of sitting back and tolerating everything and getting abused. I should have done this 7 years ago. The police are going to get involved and stuff. I'm staying with my grandmother because I can't stand it I didn't have a teenage life and etc etc I get over emotional about how I've never been so well at the end of my injection.

My mom is delusional and favours my step dad over me.

uhgghh the vape helps..

I hope things get better, Tweaky. The group home sounds like it might be a great opportunity to make friends and put your life on a new path.

They should make Darth Vapors with Star Wars out now, to help stop smoking. Although it would look odd with Darth Vader's helmet at the end of it... Still, might be collectible!

For me it's all about the atmosphere. If I go to the gym I will naturally start working out. If I go to the library, or heck, even a bar afterwards, Ill read. I can't do it at home though. Once I sit on the coach I'm not moving.
