Struggling with voices again
And my phone officially broke down and can't play music to drown them out Sucky sucky year And I have no money to replace my phone So no music to combat the voices |

Hardly slept last night, went to bed at 1 and woke up at 2:45. Couldn't sleep. Bit hungover, drank a lot yesterday. Had a talk with bf and he thinks I need to cut down on the drinking. He's probably right.
Had to leave the flat early this morning, there was definitely something in the flat. It followed me on my walk. Went to the park and it left, it's a safe zone they can't walk through portals. Everything feels sinister and dark. |

Morning guys! 12pm, I usually take my coffee with cream, but if it were that cute, I'd have both. Thanks so much for being here, I appreciate all the kitten/puppy pics.
My daughter is sick, so I've been taking care of her. I had to work last night, and I was really bummed and screwed up lots of orders. Today will be better, but I just hope she's well enough to go to school tomorrow. It's raining here, but that brings a cold front, which I enjoy. I'd enjoy snow flurries a lot more though!

I like that we can eat at the group therapy I go to and there's a coffee pot and everything. I haven't gone in awhile now that I think of it maybe I'll go next week

So, last day here. Just back from seeing my Grandma. She was supposed to come over for Christmas but has been too unwell.
It was nice to see her but she really wasn't in her best state. I mean, she's largely over her chest infection now but she is very confused & stuff. She has vascular dementia, so to be expected to a degree but certainly seems worse at the moment. My other grandma had Alzheimer's before she died, but in some ways that was easier. She might forget what she just said to you & repeat stuff (she could actually remember people on the whole) but it was all understandable. But for the one I've just seen, she gets words muddled & says some very strange things. Wasn't even able to have a conversation with her today.  It's only been a couple of years that's she had the dementia though. She'll be 95 in April so it's fair to say she's done well for herself up to recently! Can't help wonder how much longer she has left after times like these though...

morning.
i spent all day drunk yesterday. trying to fight off the feelings of what my moms doing to herself and the the arguments i had with my sister. bit hungover today. on another note, i see my pdoc today.
