my new binder feels nice tho. its really hard to get on because it goes over your head instead of clasping at the side and it takes more arm strength than i really have to get the compression parts over my shoulders. i found videos of guys putting them on but they all had already had top surgery so they made it look easy bc they didnt have anything to squash down.............hopefully itll stretch out a bit. its definitely more comfy than the others ive had, not to mention effective. the last one i bought just gives me a uniboob instead of flattening. this one is just Flat. and its flexible material so its easier to breathe in
Thanks for this!

First day post-operation.

Throat hurts bad, can onlh take hydrocodone+APAP every four hours.

Resorted to sucking on a fudge bar and trying to see if that numbs it.

Good morning. Snow day for the kids today and my t's office called to see if I wanted to cancel which I did. Then I remembered I had a pnp appt too so she just talked to me over the phone. Latuda is out and zyprexa is back. At least for the short term. She said there were some newer ones available but didn't want to start me on them because she'll be away on vacation. I'm hopeful one of them will work without the weight gain. I'm taking the Latuda until I'm out the zyprexa can wait. I'm pretty bummed out about taking zyprexa again but there's not much I can do about it. My mental health is more important than a few extra lbs. at least that's what I'm telling myself lol

u know what i cant stand. when people see u struggling and unable to let go of certain things on your own, and they take that to mean that you just dont want to be any better. im still bitter my t would think that. maybe (surprise!) going almost completely untreated this long left me not knowing any other way to live quit assuming shiiiiiiiiiit

Good morning guys. Working from home today, about to take a coffee break to visit with a friend from church. Then back to work. Then back to work. Ohh laundry, I hate you.

The first banana loaf came out ok ish. I'm going to think on always to improve it while the bananas ripen up. I wish I didn't have to wait for that. Do they sell black bananas?

Hugs to everyone.

I'm done!!! I don't know why I hate it so much. It's not a particularly hard job. Just tedious and boring but at least it's money.

Apparently they didn't even stitch what is left of my tonsils, they just leave an open wound in...

Must be why it hurts so much

I wish I knew. What are you going to do? I wish I had an unlimited supply of junk food here right now. I've been feeling off kilter all day and now I just wish I could stuff myself. I just ate about a pint of strawberry ice cream.

I have hostess cupcakes for later after the kids go to bed. I am getting ready for my daughter to quiz me lol. Once she's in bed I'll probably just watch tv with ds and dh. I'll try not to fall asleep. Another exciting Friday night
