seeing bugs everywhere. saw a tarantula. saw a rat.
the psychosis is coming back. i was depressed with very little to no psychosis for about 8 months. not anymore

Morning guys!
Seems trouble sleeping is doing the rounds here. The past few days I've waking up around 5ish having trouble getting back to sleep. ... Just noticed on the forum index... I don't know if you are lurking Erti, but on the off chance you are... Happy Birthday, hope you have a wonderful day!
