I told her. I guess I'll book an appointment. My disability has good dental anyways. If not, my mom and step dad can put their insurance together so I might as well.
Thanks for this!

The guy in the book I'm reading talks about how he has overcome severe depression and anxiety without medication and it just ignited that fire in me about wanting to do this without meds. I feel like if I gave myself chance to battle my demons I would come out the other side being able to deal with it better and I would be fine. I don't like being on meds or being with the services, I want to be free.
Think I'm guna ask for a new cpn but tell them I want a break from services. No meds no visits. Just me on my own.

I wish I could do that with Concerta. It's impossible. All I'm doing is sitting here looking at what I'm supposed to be reading and thinking about sleep.

As for the Abilify, maybe? They want to increase it though.

I think as long as I eat more frequently, I'll have proper nutrients and won't need an antidepressant for anxiety.

Schizophrenia is forever I think. When my brain has finished developing at around 25, maybe I could be cured and can stop the Abilify. If you think that you can go without meds, maybe you are questioning your diagnosis it just depends on how you can cope with the symptoms.

Reading articles about people being okay off meds. Some say you can and some say you can't. Depends on the person.

Yeah, I'm sort of leaning that way. No harm in picking up an inexpensive pair to see how beneficial they are.

I'm going to go to a second opticians to look at (cheaper) frames & will ask their opinion on my prescription tomorrow.

Advil did great though when I blew off my whole thumb nail when I overinflated a tire.

1st episode was in the UK last night... the USA are on like 3 or 4? I don't know.

I personally enjoyed the first episode. The mythology episodes were always the best ones. Sure, nothing major happened but it was setting the scene.

People did say it gets better after the first episode though...

Hey newtus: have you ever looked into Apple At Home jobs? It's technical support over the phone for 39 hours a week with benefits and competitive pay. I've been looking at them myself, they're supposed to be great. I know you're an apple nerd so i thought of you when I seen it.
