I'm just having a relatively lazy day today.

Same here I just see my psychiatrist late this afternoon.

I slept for for 10 hours last night and I still feel tired. Must be the zopiclone.

What does that med do I haven't heard that name before.

It's a med I take for sleeping. I think it's used to treat insomnia but I'm not sure, all I know is they give me it and I take it lol

a friend of mine saw the deadpool movie and id been really looking forward to it but they said there were several jokes in it. i mean there was a small one in the trailer itself if you squint but still i was hoping itd be safe for me to see. ill probably see it anyway tho because deadpool

{actually i might end up waiting to see it when it comes out, i dont want to be sitting in a roomful of people laughing about my trauma thx}

Zopiclone is a non-benzodiazepine that increases the neurotransmitter GABA.

It's helpful for insomnia.

Feel anxiety coming on today, no idea why.

Good morning, 75.2 F here and I am freezing, I think I got flu..

just ate soup. woke up. was up at 2am again. idk why i keep waking up so early.

was gonna check my bank account cuz i was thinking i had like $20 in there and i discovered that i got my federal tax return!!!! yayyyyeeee!!! waiting on state still but i am really relieved

Although I always make my appointments in the morning wherever possible. I hate waiting around for them. Waiting is a ***** for my anxiety... 9/10 I'm fine when I'm at an appointment or whatever, but the waiting... ugh! Not only that, but I never feel like doing anything when I know an appointment is later in the day, just hard to settle down to anything else.

It's one of the "Z drugs". As kindness pointed out they are non-benzodiazepine hypnotics. One you would of heard of is Zolpidem (Ambien). There is also another called Zaleplon.

I am feeling a mix of emotions. I have been crying about my mom, coming back here made me realize she's really gone.

Between that and the stress of moving and the stress of my landlord who apparently does want this months rent even though he didn't act like I needed to pay it because he knows I'm moving. Another thing my sister will have to take care of

It's a lot to deal with, don't feel bad with finding it a difficult time, or having to ask for help... it's only natural.

Just try to think of all the great things about moving to NY. Hopefully that'll help take the edge of it all, even if the move itself will exacerbate things.

That's incredibly difficult. I hope this difficult time passes quickly for you.
