well, i would not panic for one. i would make sure ive taken all my meds so i wouldnt panic and have my benzos on hand for myself. then i would goto a friends house/parents house or call someone like my therapist or the clinic or if its really bad i would call a crisis hotline and ask if theres anything that could be done for my situation.

if they had to take me to the hospital, so be it. because i wouldnt face being around police or anyone harrassing me.

Maybe there is something going on with the neighbors.

Today is just so odd, relaxing, went on a couple of runs.

Waiting for dinner to finish cooking and thinking. The thinking is the worst. All the things I did before I was medicated ugh I hate thinking of those things. I hate that there is nothing I can do to change it. I don't know how you move on when your plagued by the past.

Is psychcentral being weird for anyone else? I thought it was my WiFi but I reset it and did a speed test, everything seems to be fine my end. It's taking ages to load and then when it does sometimes comes up with an error message

I feel like I'm going to have a panic attack. The first symptom is this rush of nerves that feel like in my stomach which feels very hot. I'm going to wait this one out. It might not be one. I have no anxiety, or at least yet.

This anxiety and panic attacks are a curse. I never had them until Wellbutrin dosage went up. That med never made a difference either. They were useless. I wish the doctor paid attention to me. I'm still on klonopin 3 mgs a day. I'm hoping my bump of Effexor will help. I hate panic attacks so much.

I'm not going to take my 2mgs tonight. Lithium helped, maybe lamictal will also help also, just haven't tried it yet, just as I didn't try it with lithium until I forgot my meds. if I have a panic attack I'll let you guys know lol I'm going to not take any until I have a panic attack.

I hope it doesn't turn into a panic attack. I've never had one so I don't know what it's like. Is there a trigger for it or does it just happen?
