Couldn't find sushi at the store. So instead got potstickers, crab rangoon, and pork eggroll so I can make an Asian style dinner.

I did get something I probably shouldn't have though. I am always drawn to the book section. I saw "Paper Towns" by John Green and was like hmmm maybe.. then I saw "Signed Copy" on it and had to grab it. I also bought a Christian coloring book with the theme Garden of Eden pictures and quotes from the Bible before every page.

With my groceries I got it came out to $81 an I had around $85 with me. Phew.. glad that worked out lol

What's everyone up to today? I have to bring ds to get his stitches out today. I've never had stitches so I'm just hoping it doesn't hurt. I also need to go to the bank. Exciting stuff haha

last year. I had an appointment to take them out but I ended up just cutting them and pulling them out myself because I don't like doctors touching me

I had another dream where my teeth fell out.

Anyway, I'm going to make some tea and finish a charcoal drawing I started a few days ago.

if i make it through work with a few scraps of energy left in me i really need to clean my house for when my boyfriend comes friday. usually i do it the weekend before so it doesnt look like unnaturally clean but its still pretty tidy? but i was busy being a wreck this weekend so Whoops

found a couple big boxes of rubber bands so im gonna try the rubber band trick for stopping the self harm. snap for any hateful thought. its funny that im using it now when the first time i heard of it i was a small teen on those yucky mid-2000s pro-ana cult sites.

Yes. And they're telling them downstairs, they're here for me, but they never come up here? It doesn't make sense. I'm scared everyday. With this going on.

That's what they are telling the neighbors. But no one has spoken to me except for Friday night when I thought someone's life was in danger and called 911. Lol.

I just heard police or ambulance tell the neighbors that they have been waiting for me to come downstairs, to nab me. This sounds very strange. It's enough to start my paranoia.

Right , your diagnostic history is a bit all over the place , with multiple docs , etc , it seems that the adhd diagnosis sounds a bit iffy aswell. Not saying you don't have adhd symptoms, its just when psychosis is involved certain diagnosis will take precedence , if only for the consistency or suitability of the pharmacological treatment. If your not getting better dont you think its best to streamline all these multiple points of contact you have with mental health services.

Is the pdoc that your under supervision for your depot, aware of the adhd meds? Or do you go to one doc for one set of meds and another doc for another set of meds.

I only have one psychiatrist. He knows everything and I mean everything. I'm very honest with him.

I'm not apart of some multiple doctor Concerta drug ring lol. My psychiatrist knows what is best for me.

I never said that I'm not getting better either. I'm very compatible with methylphenidate it's not like I'm sniffing bath salts although if I didn't have Concerta, I'd just easily get some cocaine and go downhill and not care (Which took away my paranoia and calmed me down btw just a bit hyperfocused). If I didn't need it, I would stop it just like when I told my psychiatrist to completely stop the multiple benzos within a few days.

My psychiatrist hated me to be on amphetamine so he took me off of it because THAT is what causes psychosis according to him. He hates amphetamine. He's up to date with new research and stuff. People have been on methylphenidate for over 40 years without any problems.

But everyone knows I am agoraphobic and I don't go out. The neighbors were apoplectic when she said that, lol. So it must be more of the snow job the police keep up for the neighbors' benefit.
