It's almost 60 degrees out. I have to find something outside to do.

Yes, go outside it feels great. There's a slight shower here and I took my dog out for a walk. It woke me up and it felt awesome. The wet dog smell didn't even bother me...lol

Just took a double dose of Klonopin, anxiety is bad.

Going to my dads friends daughters birthday party for whatever reason, hope I can find a way to enjoy myself.

Vaping is at least 95% safer than smoking.

Ended up taking my coat off half way through my walk.

Vaping hasn't been around long enough to say anything for certain. I mean it's obviously better than smoking, but you got to remember it's not regulated so some brands of e-juice may have more harmful chemicals in than others. (a fraction of what real cigarettes have, but still...)

It's also entirely plausible there could be long term risks with e-cigs that we just don't know about.

Check out Dr. Farsalinos studies. I think that's how to spell his name. Also there are news magazine articles about England urging smokers to vape instead.

Popcorn lung sounds pretty interesting, and a lot more exciting than regular old COPD.

The way I see it is back in the day smoking was good for you and didn't cause any problems. I'd say we'll be looking back in 15 years saying "I can't believe people thought vaping was ok"

Yes! My book was one of the goodies that I was picking up the other day. I've just been working through the sections I'd already done online, mostly just to do the worksheets but as it turns out there are a few different words in there!

Not done any today though. I usually don't like studying at night, but I'll just play some of the games on my app & watch lots of anime... ought to make up for it.

Currently watching Mushi-Shi: Next Passage. Really good sort of almost folk tale like anime series. Annoyingly, Next Passage is actually the second season but Netflix didn't make it clear... seems to work well standalone too though.

Why do you feel that? Do you think you are sort of self-medicating with these things... and if you can't have one, you'll turn to another...?

I used drink/drugs/smoking as a release for my anxiety for a long time before I even realised I was doing it.

Much healthier to use the likes of self-help, therapy & meds to learn to cope without these crutches.

What happened to you trying meds? I thought you had a follow up appointment or something?

I supposed to be taking 200mg of seroquel, but lately I've been lowering the dosage to 100mg, because I thought 200mg made me sleepy all the time. But turned out 100mg still makes me sleepy. Now I think it's not the seroquel but the depression. I take 1000mg of depakote as mood stabilizer. I've been reading Roll Call but just don't understand anything, lack of focus maybe.

yes i feel like i use things to cope with my anxiety. drinking, smoking. even pills. im on haldol, xanax and ambien now so i am on meds. the only next appt i have is with a peer support specialist. they cant do much but share their experiences. some of them dont even have a bachelors degree. i dont see my therapist til the 21st.

Though I lowered my seroquel, I've been doubled my depakote lately, I know I shouldn't make my own combination of meds.. Will meet my Pdoc next week, IF i wake up during the day and not being a night owl.

Be careful messing with the Depakote, you don't want your levels to get toxic
