i met with my T. im thinking about driving 40 min to my favorite mexican restaurant, haha.. seriously.

ya it was good. we played a game and then walked around outside.

im prob gonna go. its the best authentic mexican i've had. i want the steak and cheese burrito and the chorizo dip for the chips

Lol, i was supposed to take only a nap but I ended up napping for 6 hours again.

I hope so too. I hope that everyone trying to make a sleep schedule changed will succeed a lot tonight.

I've been vaping the marijuanas every night for a week now and even though I need 14 hours of sleep, it's all packed into that amount of hours so I feel well rested right now. Maybe it's because I stopped the oral Abilify for a while?

It's Canada and it's been 31 degrees Celsius (88F) for over a month now.

I don't go outside cuz I'm in the middle of no where and have no friends so

But sometimes I go out in the pool when the sun goes down =]

It's so quiet at my house all I can hear is my dogs breathing. It's freaky. My daughter is still at her friends house. My son is off with his friends and my husband is at his dads. I've been alone most of the day. This is when I'm at my worst. I suck at being alone. I dread the school year.

You should probably get into a routine of long walks in the mornings. It's no good to stay indoors. You need to strengthen your heart health, and get some fresh air into your lungs/body. Otherwise, you'll weaken your core muscles and it is hell to get that back.

I'm not sure how safe you are near the pool while you're still taking your meds as prn's and not as everyday self care. Just be careful.

I'm feeling a little bit better. They tried a couple of medication. Thorazine didn't work and tried Holdal and it had worked better than the Thorazine. On 15 MG twice a day.
