I am afraid that other people can smell me and that they can get an idea of what I'm thinking by the smell I give off... Is that a delusion?

Welcome to the forums. It sounds like a feature of psychosis and or a delusion. I sometimes feel like my thoughts are visible to others too. Are you doing any kind of treatment for it?

Sometimes I feel people read my mind too.
