how often should someone with moderate sz. see their therapist, at a minimum?

I think an average frequency people go to T is once per week, or every other week. Some people may go more or less depending on need, and on their therapy program. It is likely your T will recommend a frequency that he/she feels meets your need. You may also need to meet guidelines set by your insurance. They may only authorize payment for x number of visits per month/quarter/year or so forth.

For me they started with once a week and tapered to once a month.......

I see my t every other week,
It used to be twice a week, then once a week and now every two weeks |
