Ok, things kind of suck right now, so I'm going to focus on the positives:
- I'm currently warm at my Mum's house with heating (as opposed to no heating or water at my flat) - I had a great time at choir yesterday, there was no sensory overload, and I am (finally!) starting to learn my part - Maxy had fun at the park earlier - I ate yummy fajitas for tea - I have been free of the hospital for almost 6 months now  - I had so much fun making my Mother's Day card this week for Sunday, and it turned out really well - My Dad bought me some lovely daffodils for St David's Day (1st March), and they're blooming now and look so bright and happy - I am strong and I've gotten through worse Ok, that did help a little. Today marks 6 months since I escaped the hospital after just over 17 loooong months. Other than 2 pdoc appts, I've been left alone. I'm so glad to be free.
PS: And I've just realised that, near the end of the month, I will have been med-free for a year too! *Willow* |
