|
Yesterday I met with one of my instructors to pick up some of my assignments. He was cleaning out his office, since he is about to retire. He kept a rack and pinion that he made years ago when he was a student. Every time I went to his office I played with it. He decided to give it to me. Now I have another thing to play with, besides my 3D printed nut and bolt.
I am really going to miss this man. He made such an impression on me. I'll never forgot him.

Had a brief hour or two of silence. Since I wasn't born with schizophrenia. And it all came bombing on me four years ago. I really come to appreciate silence. It sucks how negative it can all be. And a window of peace is always welcome. The invisible battle that we fight is intense. All we can do is hope for better days and pray for healing. Have a great night or day wherever you are.

This year, I was supposed to have orange tulips, but they came up yellow with pink. Still nice though. They are floppy and I think it is my fault for having the wrong kind of fertilizer on hand:

I keep getting comments on how much weight I've lost/that I'm getting skinny, I've lost about 95 lbs so far. It makes me very happy
