Doors of Stone is the last book in the trilogy. I guess they might be referring to the arcane doors in the stacks that hold all the secrets, but I'm now sure. I'm really bummed Rothfuss hasn't written about the demons in the Wise Man's Fears. I follow him on Twitter and he never updates his audience with new book developments.... its been since 2011 since he wrote the last book, 6 years now. I'm wondering if he just gave up the project. His short book just on Aurie looked peculiar. Not interesting enough for me to read it. My next big series will be the Mistborn saga by Brian Sanderson. My friend recommended them to me.

I just can't get into Game of Thrones. The storyline of Reek just irks me to much. Torture doesn't sit well with me after going through my psychosis.

For some reason i got it in my head again that i dont want my meds. I feel like they are poison, because they are chemicals spread by big pharma just like cigs.

This seems to be a widespread delusion for people that have schizophrenia, that meds are poisonous. What do you guys honestly think about my thought?

I've read that people who have SH and sui thoughts a lot sort of get into the 'habit' of thinking them and it just pops into their head over and over. Maybe that's what you are experiencing too? I hope the exercise helps

I googled hydroxyzine ages ago because I kept hearing about it on PC for anxiety, but we don't prescribe it in the UK as the NHS doesn't consider it efficient for anxiety. I'm not sure about its effects on sleep though.

Good luck with your weight loss. It's not impossible to lose weight on APs, but I have always found it hard to do so.
