We may not have a solar eclipse here for now in Finland, but at least aurora season is starting astronomical twilight now, with full night at the end of the month. Hopefully we have an active season of solar flares and coronal mass ejections <3 I'll be waiting with a camera.

I went to see my peer support specialist today. Just got back. I discussed everything that has gone on.

I picked up my gabapentin from the pharmacy!

Tomorrow I'm going to do my intake. I'm thinking of switching to the other psych once I get my Latuda straightened out. I really don't want to be forced to do therapy. They said they have a new psych I could see. We will have to see I don't really want to switch but the idea of doing therapy again isn't high on my list.

Im alone for the rest of the day. Its been a very stressful week. But i gotta somehow make it through.

Whats everyone up to today?

Absolutely nothing. I'm bored out of my mind. The kids are doing their own thing and my husband is outside. It's just me and the dogs.

Did some cleaning in the computer room to make room for my new laptop coming in. Took out two noisy fans in my computer and replaced them with a couple quieter ones my wife had laying around. Now just killing time till bed :P (near midnight)

Hope you get to do something today. I did all my errands and my sis and nephew came over again for a couple of hours. They had to go because he had to take a nap.

Was it fun doing that?

I read a lot of people are feeling lightheaded and getting headaches today. I wonder if its from looking at the sun. I feel that way.

I say i READ but someone posted on fb and like 20 people responded.

Yeah, I actually enjoyed doing something with the computer. I need more experiences like this getting to do stuff without getting tired and unmotivated.

Did you look at the sun outside? I hope not! It's very damaging to the eyes because eye damage keeps piling up throughout our lives.

I used a professional welding helmet to see the eclipse. A lot of people used the official eclipse glasses but thats no different than using professional welding helmets/goggles im sure.

That's a relief! I remember now you posted about the welder's helmet before!

Well, I'm not sure why I have such crappy anxiety today. The eclipse was cool to see on TV but the astrological effects on my chart worry me a lot. I'll probably watch it online tonight too. But this anxiety is terrible.

We used a welding helmet too. We could only see a partial of the eclipse. It was still cool.
