So just met a nice ginger cat outside my flat... called it over and gave it a stroke but it was hesitant. It ran a few steps ahead and rolled onto it's belly but ran away again before I got to it.

I'd really like to get my own cat but I'd need to be self-sufficient.

I think pets do wonders for mood.

Idk I'm not the best to talk about alcohol with because my dad was/is a major alcoholic and that impacted my life to the point where I'll never drink. Personally though consider how it might impact not only you but your family and friendships.

Some people have To cut out all drinking including social.....you can find people who hang out and do things other than drink or who don't feel insecure if you're not drinking....not that drinking is terrible but when you do it to the exclusion of other activities it does become terrible. Just something to keep in mind.

Question though....has your addictive behavior come back with th AP use? I think it's Abilify that was being sued for compulsive gambling and the like...wonder if it might also affect alcohol and smoking?

As if happens yes. When I got addicted to stimulants I was on olanzapine and the amisulpride.

I think ability does that as it is a partial dopamine agonist.

Still maybe my drinking is in part due to the numbing, if not pronounced, effects of APs

I wonder if lowering the AP dose might help you fight this ....?

I might just add I spent the better part of 8 years using up to 20+ different kinds of drugs. I think maybe alcohol is just what is available to me now... maybe deep down I'm just a druggy but who knows..

I see...I knew they originally said you might have drug induced psychosis but wasn't aware of the extent......

I get up at some point between 7:30 to 1pm, mostly skip breakfast, go out to vape, go to the dining room for exercises and coffee, wait around for lunch, go outside to vape again. Go to the gym for 15 or 20 minutes, sit around, go outside to vape, wait for supper, go out to vape again, then my roommates turn the lights out and I sit up playing on my phone until I feel ready to sleep. Showering usually is after the morning coffee and exercise hour.

I don't understand it either. :/
