I have the local pizza place in my contacts. I call there enough. They know my order when I call. Except when I switched to Hawaiian that threw them for a loop.

i've never seen a delivery lady,
except once when i used to eat meat, i would get these philly cheesesteaks from my favorite place and they delivered to my house and it was a lady, but she was really nice and remembered me from when i would go to the shop to get cheesesteaks |

Going grocery shopping tomorrow morning. Getting fruits, vegetables, hummus, deli meat and cheese and salmon, tuna and some other stuff!

My mom LOved anchovies. She always had to get them on the side and put them in her own slices though, I don't want hairy little fish staring up at me while I eat

Woohoo 12 weeks before my next appt. my pnp said i don't need to do the therapy here so that's good. I also got my Ativan. Good appt

My therapist said she can tell I'm losing weight. My pants are so lose now, I'm getting to my goal! I must be around 160 or less now. I was 230 a year and a half ago!

I was weighed this morning and I think I may have put a pound or two back on, or it just stayed the same. It's so disappointing.
