I'm asking, because I don't want to get lonely. I'm okay to say bye bye to the delusions because they were ruining me, but the hallucinations? Not all of them are bad. I can't even imagine living without It and the cats... And what about the twins? I was their only friend, what will happen with them. Do they just stop being here for me..

APs don't usually work 100% so there could be some residual hallucinations.

This is akin to the Brain in the vat life. Some would use the Matrix or Allegory of the Cave analogy but the Matrix had real people connected into it. In your case they seem to be hallucinations. I think the core question here is would you want that life if you had to choose. Would you? Would you choose a life where your actions had no real world effect on real people? Ethicist strongly urge people to not choose such a life because the only way to be a hero is to act in reality where we act and have duties to others.
