I hate mental illness too. It sucks. I don't mind taking my meds though. I have accepted that I need them. They keep me from psychosis and voices. I'm lucky to have found a combination that works.
I still don't know if my tiredness came from the haldol or depression. I just know that when I cut back to 4 Mgs I felt better. Not sure if that was the fix or if having the kids home brought me out of depression.
My haldol script is out. I'm hoping my pnp will refill it rather than taking me off. I feel really good on this combo.

Feeling a bit better right now.

Even though I have zero energy, coffee is helping but I have less dopamine and serotonin dysfunction so I can feel more emotions.

I joined a music forum. I had that idea in mind before but never did it.

I love music. Music is my life.

If I went deaf I'd be very very depressed lol

If any of you live in Canada, Alaska, northern states in the USA, or Nordic countries, during night time you may have a special treat of the Aurora borealis! Activity is massive right now.

I used to be able to see them from my house when I lived in the county but I don't think I can see them anymore in the city. I'll check though if it's not cloudy!

Hmm. I live in a northern state. I wonder if I can see them. It's pretty cloudy tonight. Tomorrow is supposed to be better. I'm going to check.

Nobody on this board thinks you are. I mean, some shallow men who can't get women think all women are, but that's because they are desperate and pathetic. Not worth any woman's time.

Does anyone have any suggestions for supplements or something that could help with sex? Obviously I still have it but I don't feel it.
Maybe even point me in the direction of what's causing it? Before meds I was fine but now not so much. It started long before the Zoloft. I'm trying to think of what meds I was on when it started. The only one I've been on for the full 4 & 1/2 yrs is gabapentin. Other than that I've been on lamictal the longest. Are either of those known to cause sexual side effects?

I just got off the phone with my pss. She says part of my sleeping and napping so much could be depression but maybe mostly my meds/haldol.

I only talked to her for 30 min tho cuz her phone was dying.

I've been on Lamictal for a year and a half now, and Zoloft the last couple months. But I've been having sexual dysfunction for longer, like two years now. It's possible I'd say.

It suuuucks! I'm sorry you can relate. It's really cruel that we lose a healthy sex life too. It's not enough that we are saddled with mental illness.
I wish I could remember exactly when it happened. I was on so many different meds one right after the other.
