Thank you!!! My dad suggested maybe 5 pages a day, and if i feel better 5 more pages later in the day. Something like that.

There are two types of reading, fluid and deep reading. Philosophy is dense and takes deep reading so you have to go a lot slower.

Thats what i think too. So it takes more energy to read those books than a regular fiction book.

Whatever the reason I did not think it could happen after only one event. I googled it and I was wrong. It can happen. Is your agoraphobia better now?

I think im gonna skip my meds tonight. I really need energy to do the things i want and need to do. This whole day is out because i dont have the energy. I wouldnt wish these meds on anyone.

I remember when i first started haldol i was sleeping 16 hours a day. But i was on a bigger dose.

I keep trying to drink coffee and soda to wake up but its just not working. Ive poured two cups of coffee out already.

Maybe i should chug the soda. But not the coffee. For first time in months coffee has tasted so bitter and horrible to me these past 2 days. I think its from all the sugar in the soda im drinking everyday
