Evening everyone, how are things going?

Hugs to everyone that needs them. <3

I'm okay. I've been on a roller coaster today. Went from down and depressed early in the day to hypomanic later in the evening. I got impulsive and ate at both Subway and Burger King today. Feeling super guilty about that after the fact. I don't know why I keep flip flopping like this lately. I'm usually always depressed. Definitely keeping note of it in my journal...

I'm alright. Just confused why I keep having these rapid mood shifts lately. How are you? I've been reading throughout the day but my brain hasn't been that coherent so I haven't been responding much.

Oh, also I forgot to mention: the worker from unemployment services got back to me today. I'll be meeting him next week, and a social worker from the city to get into rehabilitative work.

Pdoc also got paperwork into Kela for reimbursement to see a private sector psychotherapist.
Thanks for this!

All from pell grants. Its a little over 5k. But i researched pell grants and you can only get them for 6 years before they stop. Ive got them for 2 years now already.

I think im getting 5k pell grants because i reported my disability income and they think its not enough to suffice to pay for school.

I almost get other grants as well that equal to around 1k-2k. Dont remember

My pell grants were for only $2,400 a year. I worked part time and would make about $13,000 painting and drywalling.

That's a good amount, good for you.

So I've been taking these probiotics that were super expensive ($65) to give my digestive system a jump start from all the damage the meds have done and I'm noticing a "solid" difference HAHAHA I'll let you guys know if I start to lose weight too.
Thanks for this!

HRC is going on her "It aint my fault" book campaign now. It's really sad. Way to give a speech to goldman sachs right before the election, you did that HRC! Then she complains how Bernie always tried to one up her with 15min wage (instead of her 12), universal healthcare (instead of the ACA), and free college tuition (Which she cringed as she accepted it into her platform.) She was the perfect foil for Trump. I can't believe how many people were so hung up on work emails that had to do with work. There was no scandal in them. Political rant over.

It's complicated but an experiment failed ....the boss always goes deeper though she said hey you told me you wanted to be a PI one day i.e. Do independent research.....and I said I don't think I can and she was like why...well I have like zero filter so I almost started crying and just told her. She shut the door and we talked about it for a while and what I'd do next. Needless to say we decided that it's probably best that I leave science....

In some ways I'm relieved, in other ways I'm more anxious and in other ways I really don't care.

I wish I'd stayed out another five minutes with my vape. I was comfortable tonight because it's just about dark after 7pm and I felt comfortable in my head. Plus, I was able to get a Coke from the machine earlier. I hope they don't run out again right away.

I'd like to watch TV but I doubt if anything good is on. Plus I'd have to take out my ear plugs. I don't know what to do.

That's a big life change. Will you be able to get on disability or SS? Something while you retrain back at school? You've got a job right now though and your boss wants you to train another so she has confidence in you. These are good signs. If you can get disability while you retrain back at school, I mean, that would be like a vacation. Can you do that?
