Ugh. And the invitations to see my asshole uncle have started. I don't know how to say I don't care if I ever see him again without sounding rude because it is rude but it's truthful.

Can you have a sudden vomiting attack, or at least a fever, which could prevent you from going?

I'll have to fill my tank at the 4:00 smoke break.

I went to the gym. Ever since I increased the resistance my poor arms just can't keep going. I have to take like 5 breaks during the 15 minutes. But my legs are handling it well.

I haven't called my mother since my birthday. I really have to do it soon.

Only have a walk in shower and sauna in the bathroom...though if I had motivation the sauna would be nice...

Are you familiar with prns? Sometimes people take APs as needed....since you're only taking half your meds you could always take the other half for the day if things get really bad. Just an idea....

The specific peer support specialist that spread that gossip about me WASNT part of my treatment team. Theres 2 pss at that campus. The gossip that was spread was spread by one that WASNT on my treatment team. And told to a pss at another campus. Who isnt on my treatment team either.

I will definitely consider it. I wasn't aware that APs could be used PRN as well. Though I do have a PRN Seroquel prescription for anxiety...or sleep, cause it knocks me out.

I've never tried it but I know there are people here with additional APs to use PRN....

In that case they can legally gossip all they want because they aren't treating you---they won't be bound by HIPPA. You may want to be careful what you say around them. It's unfortunate---I really hope it works out for you.

Yea ive made a decision im not seeing that second pss anymore. And as for the pss that started the gossip, i wasnt seeing her to begin with. Always had a bad feeling about her. Which is why i never saw her or went to her groups. But her and the second pss i was seeing are apparently buddies with each other. So im not seeing that second pss anymore.

But you can still go to group?

The goddess asked me why I keep earplugs in during the day. I said it's a long story. :/ I was in the doorway, trying to come back inside after the smoke break. I'm so embarrassed.

Someone will have to make a new roll call.
