That's good too. But in the group home they might allow phones. I was lucky I got sent here where at least I can vape, and do everything computerly on my phone. But you may not even be going.

In a utilitarian since, I do enjoy them. I can still remain interested in things, but dopamine doesn't sprout from it, it's cognitive instead of emotional. I can enjoy a song, but for it's lyrics and not for its affective feel it might have on others.

Thankfully I have a rich background in emotions that I can still recall and connect with people on past memories. I would like to undersrtand humor better because I haven't lost that and I deeply enjoy a good laugh still. Comedy is so cognitive. There is an old saying, "Life is a tragedy for those that feel, a comedy for those that think."

My mom lied to me.

She doesn't believe I'm suicidal, she isn't taking me to the doctor tomorrow.

Just back from the cubs game it was actually a really nice game, just a bit too long a day for me.....we left at 10am and it s 7:44 now

My ex's aunt just liked my pic i put of this new guy on fb. So im sure my ex will see him.

I feel like i almost want to teach him a lesson. Like "see what you did? See what i can get?"

Yay, she got an Ativan! I just took it. I'm not sure why my anxiety keeps flaring up. I think just being crowded in here causes a lot of it. One bathroom for 5 women and their guests! Roll Call 100: Centennial Edition

And the waiting room for the smoke break is crowded. You're really never alone here.

Ativan doesn't work very well on me. I don't know why. I wish they'd use diazepam instead. Oh wow, it is 10:04pm here, where did the night go? Maybe I should watch some Zootopia.

When I was at the therapists office she agreed with my therapist to take me to my doctor who would admit me to the hospital. Today she said she wouldn't do that.
