Hi everyone, so... 4 years ago I had a psychotic episode. Then two years later had another one, as I mistook my medication.

Now, the strange thing is that during the day, and specially with the help of some low dose caffeine, I feel really well, no symptoms at all.
Then as the day progresses, around sunset, I begin to be very ill.

My predominant symptom is generalized malaise, and something strange is that my thought patterns become very unstable.

For example; I go from thinking "Im in love with this girl, and I am going to travel back home and marry her", to "Oh no, what I really want is to devote myself to martial arts in a mountain", one minute later, to "Oh, I want to move to X country right now and start my life there", to "I love my self", to "My mind is broken", to "AAAAAHGGGG!"

Can't stand it. ITs like my mind goes from one thing/statement to the other, I cant find any stability or place where i can psychologically stay for more than one minute. Is this normal?

Anyone else experiencing this?
What is it? Is there a name for it?? Im confused.
Hugs from:

You're probably experiencing a mood instability for the time being. Am not expert but they can last for sometimes a week. My mood is constantly unstable, but comes unexpected, In my opinion its "normal" ( depending on your definition), for someone's mood to be constantly changing. Although for me it can cause me to become tired very quickly because my mind is racing back and forth.

Maybe it would help if you read up on mindfulness meditation. After enough practice we are better able stabilize our attention. The mindfulness term for a busy mind that keeps jump from one thing to another is the monkey mind, like a monkey jumping from branch to branch.
I am a morning person also.

I am bipolar 1 and I have the same thoughts. When my AP dosage is correct they go away or at least are few and far between.
