This is only one bill from my er visit. Its for the actual er visit.

That’s nasty. Nobody should have to pay for that.

This is the first one I pulled out of my already read ones. It's pretty good.

I feel like when people cheer me up, I feel better - in my constant depression. Then I'm more likely to cheer someone else up even if they aren't feeling down to make them even better.

The opposite works the same way.

I really really do believe in karma.

Second bill for same visit

Im stressing a bit because i cant find the ambulance bill for that visit. I misplaced it.

When I was at the ER and they were ordered to send me to another town I told them I'd take an Uber HAHAHAHA Nope they didn't allow that. Instead I was put in a gurney. Had a talk about the nature of beauty with a pretty ambulance woman. I forgot what field of science she was studying in college... Good talk

They put me in a gurney to. Wheeled me from my front door to the ambulance. Had to ride strapped in the whole way there.

I think my ambulance bill was a somewhere over 1000. But i only have to pay 60 bucks.

I don't ask questions I guess they bill it to the ministry or the building I have no clue

Where we live, in the rural, i see a lot of medical helicopters. They take people to the best OR nearest hospital out here using helicopters. Because its faster than driving.

When my dad had a stroke like 5 years ago they landed a helicopter in our field. And transported him to a hospital. It cost like 30k but they talked to us about helicopter medical insurance. We might get it.

Helicopter medical insurance? Wow! 30k! That's so insane! I'm shocked.

this was years ago like 5. But i think the helicopter insurance brings the bill down to like 1k. Not sure. I was told something.

I mean it is a helicopter. I think its 30k. Could be closer to 20k.

Found this. I was a bit off. I kept searching diff sites. But they all say being airlifted by helicopter is between 10k and 30k.

That's insane. I think I'll try to avoid med flights. I can't afford one.

I'm fortunate I have Medicaid so ambulance rides are free for me. One time I took the county's public transit to the psych ward and had to pretend I was going to a Dr appointment during the ride lol
