Yes. Today. But idk what im gonna do with him. I didnt get enough sleep so im gonna be tired today.

My dads work schedule is in military time too.

Me too girl... For the past week. Ugh

Sucks. I havent got enough sleep this whole month. Partially due to my chest pain.

We use military time here, that's why I messed up the AM-PM before. It's simple actually, you basically keep counting after 12 pm.

12 pm = 12.
1 pm = 13.
2 pm = 14. And so on while the mins stay the same.

When I cooked all my schedules would be in military time or 24hr clock time which all our clocks were too it was easier to figure out then impossibly trying to figure out 12hour clocks.

It's 5:35am I woke up, I have a dehumidifier going in the background I have it on the lowest setting it's good for the lungs/asthma.

I had some weird dreams that I couldn't make out and I am also in pain I cannot get away from its so terrible!

But I see all you fabulous people are awake though!

Good morning, how is everyone?

At the library on my laptop. About to study some Italian on duolingo. Going to church tomorrow morning. The new cycle of groups starts on Monday at my day treatment program. I have a dentist appointment Friday, just making sure I get to all of them to get this dental work taken care of once and for all. I will probably have a few dentist appointments each month until January or February. But once it's done, it's done. I no longer purge so I don't have to worry about continued damage, just gotta come in for a cleaning/check up every now and then.

It is raining here....like thunderstorms.......so dark.....

I miss the thunderstorms of the midwest...we only had one minor storm this summer here.

It's raining a little here. I had a horrible night. I hope everyone is OK.

When I used to hear voices, I never remembered what they said. It's like having dreams during the night and then not remembering them.

The woman across the hall is telling me not to use her bathroom again. "Don't come in my room. I told you twice!" I can't take it here anymore.

I tried really hard not to have to use her bathroom. I couldn't help it. The aides told me to use it. I feel like sh right now.

Next time get the aides involved.....they will put her in her place.....

But that's the only time I did, so I don't know what that jerk is talking about. I didn't use their bathroom twice. I can't stand it here.
