I feel like I’m halfway to being psychotic again. I didn’t take my meds last night or this morning. I took them this evening but things feel off. Like I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop for the paranoia to come back. Like it’s almost here I can feel it...

I heart radio has that because it's real station on air.....and it's free, I'm kind stuck on free right now since I'll be out of work soon......

As if my marriage fever wasn’t enough , a friend of mine just got engaged an hour ago.

My nurse just came by with my meds. She was having a hot flash and she put the AC on which felt great because it's too hot in here with the heat on. She was talking about living next to a school where the kids scream at recess so I gave her a pair of ear plugs to try. I hope they help her. She gave me an Ativan and I didn't even ask for one. But I wanted one because of the prozac akathisia. I didn't not know what to do about this prozac. She was so happy I was dressed and awake (the np) and she believes it was due to the prozac. I don't know. I wish this place had a pool. I would feel so much better if I could swim everyday.

Aww that was nice of her, Angel. Since youre experiencing akathesia maybe you should try something like Cogentin. It battles it quite effectively and there are no side effects. Benzos feel better though

Wow, a famous scientist name dropped a big philosopher on Twitter. I did a paper doing a counterargument against that philosopher's book that was mentioned and I linked the blog post that had it and my visit to that page SKY ROCKETED! So cool!

Maybe I should ask for medical marijuana. If it helps for anxiety maybe they'd try it. They have it for a resident I spoke to in the summer. But with my luck I'd have a bad reaction, etc etc.

I just ate my Octoberfest dessert, home baked chocolate chip cookies. Mmm, I won't lose more weight at this rate!

It really depends on the strain. You can select some that are meant to decrease anxiety. Medical marijuana is a dream of mine.

Agreed with junkDNA. While I like the high of marijuana, it can definitely ramp up my paranoia and such.

Hello, at my program! Going grocery shopping later today. Gotta get one of those mini pumpkins since its easier to carry and I need something festive in my apartment.

Its COLD out, especially in the morning. I may even need to start using my coat. Love it!
