I don't know what to call it.
Sometimes I get severe urges. These urges are usually have twitches. I don't know how to describe them. Not muscle spams, just like giving into it so as to stop the urges.
The urges are usually about something bad. Always seperate.

Not to see what would happen, but just because I want to. Sometimes I fantasize about a place without laws where I can act out the urges.
I loosely call them urges though. It feels like its taking over, like every part of me wants to do it except my mind.
What is wrong with me?

We can't diagnose here. But it could be something more to do with a physical issue or something like a compulsion.
