Good morning/afternoon everyone. How are things going today?

I'm...sleepy. I was up until 8am again and slept until like 2:30pm. Really tired and out of it. I may be going back to bed. Considering cleaning the bathroom at some point today to keep busy. May go to the store to pick up some snacks.

I researched the workshops place my social worker mentioned to me. I learned this place does music things as well. So maybe I can get involved in that and do some vocals for the first time in several years. :O I would love to do that.
Thanks for this!

Good morning, got my new meds today. Turned out the doc changed Abilify into Seroquel. He didn’t tell me about this before so I thought he kept the Abilify. So now it’s 100 Seroquel, 100 mg Lamictal, and 5 mg Haldol. Thoughts, anyone?

Sounds much better seroquel at that dose acts as a sleep aid which you need.

Thank you SP, Seroquel was making me hard to breathe the last time I’m on it though. I’m scared to take it.. I told him about this and he said to give it another try. Sometimes I wonder whether he really listened to me.

Went to the tattoo/piercing studio to have my piercing jewelry widened. My lip is rather swollen right now, and it feels better now that it has some room...but it still itches and hurts x.x can't wait for it to heal. Way worse than the septum piercing was, lol, despite initial piercing pain being far less.

I don’t think it’s the holiday season that’s making me feel depressed. The only word I can find to describe it. I feel depression sinking in. I need more than just Latuda. Something to get me a little more up. What goes with Latuda that can do that?

Or maybe I need a higher dose of Latuda? Idk.

How much Latuda do you take again? Latuda is supposed to work for depression too but I still take Zoloft. I don't remember if you take one but you would also need a mood stabilizer to prevent mania. I take a low dose of lamictal.

Morning everyone. Feeling like ****. It's rainy and cold today so it's really dark. I might go to sleep for a while.
I am jealous loial, I haven't even started wrapping. I'm dreading it.
My last order is coming in today. I'm so happy the new order made it.
Going to make cookies with my daughter. Since I'm sick I'll stick to reading the recipe lol.
Have a good day everyone.

I’m on 40mg. I know there’s room for increase. It helps me with the delusional thinking and somewhat normalizing my mood but I still feel like it’s not enough.

Had to take the car around the block this morning to keep the battery up. Then I actually unpacked my old psych bag. I needed something to carry my iPad and it’s the perfect size. My sister gave it to me some time right before my first break and I took it to the hospital and it still had all my paperwork in it. I ended up just throwing the paperwork in the closet, I don’t know why I feel I should keep it because I don’t even want to look at it but I guess at some point I should look at it and then shred it.

You could definitely add an antidepressant....but it’s also possible you’re used to being hypomanic and you’re just feeling euthymic?

When i get home Ill just pop some Cogentin and see if that works, if not, then Ill just stick with the low dose of Geodon. It's been this way for quite some time since Wellbutrin had reeked havoc on my system. it stopped at about 12pm today. I can live with that.
