Half day today and then a long weekend! Seeing Star Wars on Saturday. Not much else planned for holiday weekend.

Other stuff I don’t really want to talk about. I embarrassed myself by drinking too much I feel terrible about it so I’m going to stop drinking for a while. For sure like I said when I see my doctor I’ll ask about maybe adding something to the Latuda.

Not much else to report.

Now I work at a hobby lobby which is a craft store. We also have under staffing issues

My doc put me on Haldol. I’m already on Abilify. I read that it’s uncommon to combine Abilify with Haldol.

Is he cross tapering or will you be one both? Haldol should be cheaper. I don’t believe haldol acts as a mood stabilizer. Also Abilify will keep your prolactin low which is important because it can mess with your period.

It's a dark morning here. As usual it's very dark in the room. Even with the blinds open. The vampire gets 24/7 darkness. I'm depressed and sad that I have no gift for my friend.

He puts me on both, not cross tapering. He said it’s for my psychosis. I’m still on Lamictal too as a mood stabilizer. Thought, SP?

Seems like overkill, if the Haldol works you might be able to discontinue to abilify I know its expensive for you. Also I believe that abilify might bind stronger than the Haldol to the D2 receptor so it is a little odd.

Was the Abilify even working at all? I don’t understand combining them otherwise.

One of my items i ordered from amazon Wednesday is coming today. Its a gift for my neighbors. Wine, cheese, and crackers gift basket. Also getting this same basket for my brother in laws parents. Since they sent a gift to us.

Possible trigger:

i think i have parasites in my body. While this could be a delusion, i dont think it is. Ive never actually seen them in my actual poop/pee but ive seen them in the toilet after ive gone. But not stuck in it (sorry for being graphic). Yesterday was the second or third time ive seen something which i think is a parasite. It didnt move. I also have like lint and stuff inanimate stuck to my clothes too. But without getting too graphic, just know, it looked exactly like a parasite except it didnt move yesterday. Last time it did. But not yesterday.

I suspect it could be from how i eat. I dont eat a lot of meat or things where something living could be in it, like meat. My diet mainly consists of salads, pasta/noodles, chips, etc. bad stuff nonetheless. I have been eating hot dogs more often and i tend to when im out of groceries and dont have money to shop for my food.

Anyway im really concerned. I dont think im horribly unhealthy but i do know that i am not healthy period, and i eat like crap most of the time. Junk food.

If anyone can give recommendations for cleansing or ideas that i could google rather than googling it blindly and think im dying or see godforsaken pictures, please do. Thanks.

In here too, I went to the mall with mom all I could see was ocean of human. Thankfully we left early or else the parking lot would be insane.
