Its tied to whatever email you used to create your facebook account. Your username is your email.

You might have to create a new one if you dont know that email

I tried resetting the internet connection without any change. I can't even get my ipad to boot up. I am bumming. I guess I could take my laptop with me but it's so cumbersome. I can't get on Facebook either but I'll get on with this laptop.

Brrr it's so cold today. It's supposed to be super cold this week. I'm not looking forward to it.
I'm feeling really good. I've been stable for quite a while now. I'm going to talk to my pnp about cutting down my meds. I take too much and if I'm stable it's a good time to try. I forgot to take my Latuda for 2 nights and no return of symptoms. I don't know if Latuda has a long half life or not. First I'm going to stop Haldol then I'll work on cutting down the Latuda.
I got my vape juice. I got 3 freebies-snickerdoodle, mystery 12/17 and stone cold or something like that. The cinnamon roll is okay much better than the other stuff I had. I think I'm still partial to straight menthol though.

Was out and about at the store! Went to the in laws as well with my wife. Tending to their place while they are overseas. Got stuff to make homemade Crunchwrap Supremes.

My sister got me a steam gift card so I’ve now just bought the game I wanted which happened to be in a Christmas sale too. Called Pillars of Eternity. It’s like a classic-style RPG.
