**sigh** I forgot my olanzapine last night and fell asleep. Decided not to take in the morning cause I wanted to stay up the day. Had an onslaught of voices a little bit ago...After three or four days of nothing. ><

You know how I said I was feeling depressed right well last night I ended up feeling hyper and it took me a while to fall asleep and I woke up hyper and now I’ve had coffee and that and I’m more awake I feel amazing guys hahahaha

I just notice your posts are either that you are really depressed or really “up”.

Oh yeah my doctor thinks I’m bipolar the shrink I saw says I’m not that I just have too much caffeine or alcohol but **** that **** they’re full of **** but my doctor sees it and believes me and understands and we tried an antidepressant before when I was depressed and it made me hypomanic and then the bipolar med made me very depressed so which is why I’m just on the Latuda right now it’s kind of keeping me in check but sometimes it doesn’t work and I don’t think it’s working this is why I think I need something else which is what I’m going to tell my doctor when I see him this week but hey this is great I’d rather be hyper than depressed hahahaha whoa I’m typing a lot sorry

Hahahahaha no worries the shrink was a ***** who thinks that all my problems have to do with caffeine or alcohol like okay do these things cause crazy mood swings out of nowhere or impulsivity or delusional thoughts ha didn’t think so not to this degree it’s so stupid I’m still bitter about it **** that shrink whatever can’t ruin my mood

Slept great last night. Felt so good to sleep after being awake all night. The my pillow worked good, at least for me.
Nothing much planned for the day. My son has a physical this afternoon but for now, he's off riding his bmx bike. I had hoped not to leave the house today but I forgot about his appt. Oh well, what's a little cold?
