So, they called me out last for smoking and blamed the victim by saying I must take my earplugs out for smoking. I think that's a clear sign to tell the social worker. What if I were as deaf without earplugs, would they still be calling me last and being abusive?

I feel like I can't bear this place anymore. I want to go home. I'll take the dead and living mice/rats and the state of that place without complaint. I just want to be gone from here. They've been saying things like maybe I could get out of here if I'm good and follow the rules. That made me wonder if they knew about the pills and contraband. Anyway, what the hell? "You wouldn't be here if you hadn't been a threat to others or yourself". That's disgusting bullshyt. Completely false! I'm so angry!

Both. All the residents in this ward have mental health issues. Others are old and sick, and need to be in a nursing home. They used to tell me I didn't belong here.

Yeah I’m sorry... but they had a buy one get one free at one place and 20% off at another. Stuff I needed so it’s the best time to get it... save money and all. But it’s Canada so we’re all orderly and because it’s a holiday all the workers get paid time and a half.

Yes, because it's going to be so cold. They should load us up with our stuff and let everyone go out together. Then they wouldn't have employees staying out for 40 minutes, with three groups. Let the overflow stand up. And ten minutes max for the whole thing. I'm sure that would make too much sense.

You could call the business you bought it from and tell them it hasn't been delivered yet. They would probably send you a replacement free of charge.
