I feel calmer today. More normal. Could the 60mg have acted that quickly to mellow me out?

I feel optimistic. I don’t know, having a report and several doctors say bipolar makes me feel better. A diagnosis makes me feel better. I’m obsessing about it I know I’m sorry!

Going to make myself a cappuccino and then go shopping for workout clothes! I’m obsessed with long sleeve workout tops now and want more.

Edit: also I noticed on the report they did say ‘unspecified eating disorder - in remission’ so I also have EDNOS as a diagnosis. I guess. Ah, brain you’re so screwed up lol.

I can’t decide if I should wake the kids up or let them sleep.

My phone won’t stay connected to WiFi. It keeps going to cellular data. I’m going to run out. I don’t know how to fix it.

It might be your WiFi speed, iPhones have something that uses cellular if the WiFi is too slow you can change it in settings.....

I've been laying on my bed, scared of vaping and possibly being surprised by anyone coming in, and sure enough a nurse came in to tell me a relative had called who I'm not talking to lately. I should have called my mom earlier in the week.

I'm sick of the relative being abusive and overbearing. If I weren't their relative, they'd treat me with consideration.

So, I've just been watching the snow, wondering if I dare take a puff of the vape cigar. I don't know if it has any nicotine.

So the relative called the nursing home because I didn't text back. It's no one's business here in the nursing home.

I’m sorry. Hopefully the relative gets the hint.
I cut off contact with my sister on multiple occasions. It took her a while to get the hint. It was awkward at family get togethers.

It usually doesn't snow when it gets very cold, does it? Proof that it's not too cold out to smoke. All I want is just 15 minutes with my vape. I wonder if any smokers are taking this opportunity to quit smoking.

Thanks valley. It's not likely that there will be any kind of family get together except the one im truly dreading. I hope there will be years before that happens. I wish i.could go out for a drive! I'm craving McDonald's.

Cutting smoke breaks seems like cruel and unusual punishment. It’s 21 here and I went out and smoked a cigarette ssshhhh don’t tell.
I went 3 days each time and as soon as I got out I smoked.

I hope that for you too.
McDonalds sounds so good. Too bad I’m giving it up.

Did the cigarette taste terrible or good? They've tasted awful to me the last times I smoked, around 2 years ago. So it was weird - I craved a cigarette and then when I had one, I couldn't bear the taste. They taste bitter and poisonous to me now.

No it was good. I miss smoking every day. I just don’t miss the smell. I guess the cancer risk is something I don’t miss either.

Yes, there's the smell, allergies, phlegm, mucous, hair getting full of tar, tasting and smelling like an ash tray, cancer risk, COPD (which truly sucks), etc. And the smokers' cough.

So I think my sister gave out my address in jail because I started getting letters from inmates. I’m pretty freaked out about it.

Woohoo! We had a smoke break! My tank was empty so I got some juice into it right a way. There wasn't time to leisurely pick another flavor. Oh well.
