I have a co worker who works in an office and likes the janitor but he was rejected by her. Since then, he has deficated in the trash can and urinated in the corner of the room, so she has to clean it up. Can this lead to dangerous behavior? I am wondering if he could get violent with this kind of behavior?

As a general rule, individuals with schizophrenia do not defecate in garbage cans or urinate in corners because they have been rejected by the object of their affection, therefore, I'm not certain if anyone in this particular area of psychcentral can be of assistance.
However, if your office has a manager or a personnel department it's possible they could not only help you but also provide assistance to the janitor. Your co-worker's behavior is certainly out of the ordinary and not acceptable in any environment.
