Hello Everyone,

I have voices and tinnitus. In fact, the tinnitus can be much more debilitating than the voices.

Does anyone else have both voices and tinnitus?

Regards,

No... I only have the tinnitus. But you're certainly correct. It can be debilitating.

I only hear voices, but what helped me before is loud music. Sometimes headphones of the TV before it started talking. But music generally helps me. Sometimes I’ll hear ringing so I also listen to music or tilt my head a certain way.
