I remember seeing one of those when I was 12 when we landed in Spain and got to our apartment.

The nurse who brought my meds took all my cups away. I wish to God they wouldn't do that. I need at least two. One to drink from and one to use when I brush my teeth. But she has been mean to me in the past so I try not to talk to her.

I put my head back and it wouldnt go all the way back. I felt my neck and it felt like a bump back there. I looked in the mirror and theres a huge hump on my back/neck. Long story short its probably caused by gaining weight fast and bad posture. Probably from bad posture. I just spent this whole past week on the computer for 3 to 6 hours a day looking for a job. But ima be really embarrassed if i have to go back to the doctor because ive been on my phone too much. I was just there a few months ago for chest pain/costocondritis from being on my phone too much hunched over.

Anyway im gonna call the doctor tomorrow

Im sure it is. I didnt have this like a month ago tho. I think. I always inspect my body before i take a shower. But i havent been showering much this month.

I can’t believe the weekend is over . It flew by. Back to work tomorrow.

Sorry valley. Im usually pretty excited about mondays because thats when i get busy with things. Weekends are slow for me.

And im home alone on weekends

Man I still can’t sleep too much excitement....I’d say I’ll be totally dead tomorrow but honestly I’ll probably be fine...for some reason I can sometimes just skip sleep like it’s unnecessary.

Ah man, it’s Monday I gotta go back to work. I have to I was off sick basically all last week but I kind of wish I could just go back to bed...

Good morning. Hope everyone is having a good day. Slept okay except when my dog was puking. We kept her in the kennel in my room. Don’t worry. It’s huge. We bought it for my big dog. So my little dog has plenty of room to walk around.
Working today. I already have a bunch of work to do. I’m going to be overwhelmed again. I may break my no Ativan streak. Oh well. Only a year.

I slept with a pillow under my back and shoulders. Gonna start doing that. Gonna work on my posture. Cant goto the doctor til beginning of next month. This really sucks. Im so upset at myself. I wish this wasnt happening to me...

I'm feeling upset and frantic and my mind is crazy and jumbled up.

Good morning, at the library. Downloading some apps then gonna try to focus on studying for a bit.

I need to go to the gym today but don't feel like it. I'll still go but I just wanted to stay home today. I should be done with everything by like 12:30 then I can clean for an hour or so and then relax.

I still can't believe I have an iPhone lol I'm having fun with all the apps. I've got several. the ones I got today are Mint (personal finance/budgeting app) a wallpaper app and a mood tracker app. I also use the health app built in to track my sleep, caffeine intake and weight. I have the fitbit app too that syncs to my fitbit zip. Finally got a new battery for my fitbit so I can start tracking steps again.

Is this because of your roommate.....try to find 60 bpm music it will set your heart rate to the same thing. It’s calming.

I hope metropcs takes cash to insert a new sim card. Idk why they wouldnt tho. But some major businesses dont. Ive been to a few with my dad that dont.
