I went to the gym today. It was so hard to get myself to go. I'm not depressed or anything, it's just I'm honestly very lazy and it's hard to make myself leave the house sometimes lol I cycled for 30 minutes. Going again tomorrow. Trying to go 3 to 4 days a week.

Every time I don't feel like going somewhere I remind myself that I'll feel better afterwards for going and sometimes you've gotta do things you don't really feel up to doing.

Doing well with school. Set up a study schedule, aiming for 10 hours a week of studying. Breaking it up over 6 days then Sundays will be church/rest day.

I just realized when my perspective periodically shifts with the world around me and my surroundings, that I’m one of many perspectives focusing on the same existence of a world. We all shape this world and the experiences of it.

Still sick. Called in sick to work yesterday and went home after 1/2 hour today. Saw the doctor today as well. He says it sounds like I have one of the bugs that are going around I just need to keep up with electrolytes and **** and should be good soon. There was some concern from people it was my meds but nah just stupid getting sick.

I got the flu shot months ago but like the doctor says it only eliminates the threat of some viruses but not all.

Stupid viruses. Hopefully I’ll be 100% after this weekend. This week was a complete waste just being sick.

Finished working for the day. Just have to put in a couple hours tonight. I’m really swamped and a little overwhelmed. But I’m handling it. Without the use of Ativan!

Thanks! I’m currently trying to wean myself off olanzapine so I can’t try a new med. Though I’ve been on all but one of the atypicals and a couple of the older ones. I’m hoping they will let me try amisulpride. If they suggest clozapine again I’m guna snap!

I think i might be able to get my meds. Estimated cost will be 3 dollars they said. I can afford that. Starting January its cheaper but for two years i was paying 30-40 dollars for haldol alone. If it was that much now i couldnt afford it. So glad my meds are cheaper!

There's a new magic med combo, latuda and trintellix, supposed to work in treatment resistant people. Only done at the case study level though.
