I got the flu shot months ago but like the doctor says it only eliminates the threat of some viruses but not all.

Stupid viruses. Hopefully I’ll be 100% after this weekend. This week was a complete waste just being sick.

Sorry you're feeling sick, the bf stayed home from work sick today too.....

I’ll be honest I didn’t even know latuda was available in the uk. I’ve never heard any pdocs here mention it. I don’t know if I’d be classed as treatment resistant. The olanzapine works to a point but I still get problems. All the others I’ve tried haven’t worked. If I get an appointment with my pdoc I’ll ask him what my options are. Thanks for the advice sp!

Amisulpride made me into a zombie with akathisia. Of course may be a completely different story for you. Hopefully you’ll get a productive convo with your pdoc.

It may not be, but its been out a few years in the states and trintellix is relatively new too. I'm just excited about the new med combo because it also treats cognition and negative symptoms but its only based on three individuals. I just brought up treatment resistant because you mentioned clozapine which is typically used for that.

Oh dear that doesn’t sound good. Sorry you had that experience!
I’ve tried ones before that people have said turn them into zombies so hopefully you’re right and it won’t be as bad for me. Thanks loial

That does sound exciting. It’s good to know people are still trying to solve the problem of negative symptoms, I think they get overlooked a lot.
Ah I see, yeah I think they do use it for that.
Another thing I’ve been told by a couple of pdocs is that the more you relapse the more likely you are to become treatment resistant. Does anyone know if that’s actually true?

I think it was more a case of being over medicated than anything else. I’m a lot more proactive with meds since then.

I got 2 emails back from those jobs i applied to! Just gotta take a test! But also waiting for more info and doing googling about working on disability.

New food delivery place, job call back, bf coming over tomorrow, check coming in next week, valentines day next month (so going to hotel possibly), iphone case coming today.

Today is a good day kinda. Really looking forward to the next 2-3 weeks.

Just got off the phone with the bf too!

IDK there was a guy can't remember the name---went untreated for years, homeless and eventually responded to treatment but it took several months instead of weeks. My pdoc was saying that the more you play with the meds the more you get treatment resistance....so it could be playing with meds without tapering etc causes the TR and the relapses or it might just be a very individual prospect.

Ooh what kind of test? I know when I worked for a temp agency they made me take some aptitude test, a typing test, a Microsoft Word test, and a Microsoft Excel test. This current job they made me take a couple typing tests.

Im not sure. Im guessing since its a social media Evaluator job it has to do something with social media. Once i sign a non-disclosure agreement i cant talk about it.

If I could recollect before my hood days I sit and reminisce thinking of bliss and the good days. I stop and stare at the younger, my heart goes to em, they tested with stress that they under. Nowadays things change everyone's ashamed of the youth 'cause the truth look, strange. And for me it's reversed. We left em a world that's cursed and it hurts

'Cause any day they'll push the button and all come in like Malcolm X or Bobby Hutton died for nothing. Don't it make you get teary. The world looks dreary when you wipe your eyes see it clearly

I don’t have Instagram but I’ve heard about this before. I don’t really know much about it.
