I drool a lot when I sleep thanks to the clozapine. Literally everyday when I wake up my pillow is soaked.

By some miracle I don't think I've been drooling at all here.

The thing is I drool while awake... I defiantly drool when I sleep. That's if I do get any sleep.
Thanks for this!

So I barely hung out with my vape. Uncomfortable being out there.

Whatever happened to this bottle, I am really not liking this color. But I used to like it and I'm certain it was not thinned out before. Now it's thin, reeks of acetone, and looks unappealing.

My roommate was... blocking the path. When I was going out to the lounge. She spent an extremely long time last week, whispering that I should tell her about every little thing she does that bothers me.

I will not say a word. I will be polite. I might have to take this color off tonight. It's disturbing.

Kindve. But im sure theres factors involved. My meds make me terribly tired. Haldol is so bad for that. I drink 2 or 3 cups of coffee a day to counteract it. So many other things like i goto bed early but im up at like 5 or 6. Sometimes before.

Hopefully they'll come by with the snacks soon so I can take half a tiz. Already just took meds.

This polish looks ok in the bathroom mirror. I don't have to take it off. It's just a light cocoa frost color now.
Thanks for this!

lol I'm too on Haldol... half as much as I was on before... I now take 15mg... I use to take 30mg a day. It didn't make me sleepy. At least not as bad as Zyprexa. Trazodone doesn't make me sleep and I take 100mg of that.

Me too. Moody nights I could go to bed st 9 Roll Call 114. Instead I grudgingly stay up until 11. If I’m in bed later than 11 it messes up the whole next day. I sleep until my alarm goes off at 6.

I’m still not sure if it was the haldol or depression but for a while I would sleep at night then sleep from the time the kids left until just before they came home. I dropped down on haldol and my kids were home for the summer so I’m not positive which was the culprit.

I wake up every morning at 430am. Usually fall asleep on the couch around 9pm or so and drag my *** to bed around 11pm or so. Bad habit I should go to bed earlier but I want to have my cake and eat it too lol.

I don’t think the Latuda helps with my sleep. I think it makes me sleepier.

There's this blood pressure med called Prazosin and I really want to try it out. Supposedly it helps with nightmares. Problem is I'm already on a blood pressure med for my elevated heart rate. I'm not sure if Prazosin helps with heart rate too. It's been hell lately since I'm back to having ptsd nightmares again. I basically stay up until I pass out. Even when I'm awake I'm also experiencing hallucinations all the ****ing time. Its been hell lately.

I’ve heard that latuda can make you tired. It doesn’t have that effect on me.
Why on earth are you up at 4:30? That’s just wrong Roll Call 114

I work 630am-230pm Monday to Friday. I get up at 430am to give myself time to wake up, have a shower, etc and get to work. I don’t mind.

My God that sounds awful, Erti. I hope the nightmares will stop soon. That's how I was when I still heard the man every night/day. I'd wait until I was passing out before I could get to sleep.

I'm use to hearing spirits unless they are telling me to kill myself or run away. The demons scare me... dead bloody up children I see that scare me... and shadows I've gotten use to.

Vaping gives me the hiccups really bad when I haven't vaped in a while. But my vape works now.

I want to vape inside but my mom says the vapour makes her sick so I vape outside in -20.

I want it to be summer.

My vape is 230W but it's too hot at that strength. I vape at 90W.
Thanks for this!
