My vape goes up to a maximum of 40W... I usually vape at 36-38W depending on the e-juice.

Morning

I couldn’t sleep so have just got out of bed. It’s 5am. Too early. I guess sleeping all day yesterday means I didn’t need as much. I might still go back to bed in a bit.

For now I’m just sitting having a cup of tea and trying to figure out how I can afford to buy a Nintendo Switch. Technically I have savings so could afford it but I shouldn’t keep dipping into my savings. Maybe there is another way.

Anyone heard from 12AM lately?

Im making popcorn now. Gonna goto bed after that. I have a bad habit of eating in the middle of the night. Just finished off some salted caramel chocolate chip cookies just now.

My bad habit is vaping in the middle of the night when I wake up.

I wouldnt consider that a bad habit myself. But the nicotine kinda does wake me up.

I had nightmare after nightmare

Good morning. Snowing here. Daughter has the day off and son has a delay. Wish I was off lol. My boss already called so I think it’ll be busy.
Slept okay until the schools started calling at 5. Thought it was my alarm. Jumped out of bed. Got all my stuff. Then realized it was the phone so I went back to sleep. Then the same thing happened a second time.

Those nightmares really have already put me in a low mood this morning.

Saw my psychologist today and it was a good session. We agreed that I need to speak to my pdoc about meds and find a way to manage the thoughts that draw me into the weirdness.
I’m currently reducing my olanzapine and I’m guna try the amisulpride today I think. Nervous about seeing the pdoc cos I don’t trust him, but that might be just paranoia.
Not been feeling too good recently and need to stop pretending things are fine.
On a positive note I took my pup to the pet shop and got him a snazzy new collar and lead. He’s growing so fast! He looks like a very smart little man now

Sorry you’ve had nightmares, they can really mess with how you feel. I’ve been having really weird dreams and it stays with me too. Kind of sets the day off to a bad start. Hope things improve for you

I have been sleeping 12 to 15 hours a day. It's ridiculous, I just am so tired and can't seem to get myself up in the morning. I went to sleep around 9:30 last night and didn't wake up till 9:30 this morning and only because I absolutely had to get up today.

Have you changed meds recently that could be causing it?

Yes. I started a blood pressure med for anxiety recently

I managed to start going to bed at 22:00 and getting up at 08:00 over Christmas but since I got a cold I've been sleeping from 22:00 until 11:30

Not sure why it's still the case but probably just habit. I think I'll try forcing myself up at 09:00 tomorrow and see how it goes.

So, I've been a naughty Loial. I impulsively dipped into my savings and bought a Nintendo Switch. Have been playing Zelda for the last hour or so. Being bad never felt so good.

Oh, in other news... I've not had any alcohol today. 1 day sober, here I come!
