That could explain a few things. Never knew blood pressure meds could make you have no energy.

Its like im always depressed. Idk what to do. Idk whats causing it and idk how to make it go away. Im allergic to so many antidepressants/medicines in general.

Im so completely at my wits end. I dont want to live like this anymore. Im constantly tired and sad. Its been this way for months. If not a couple of years with some months being worse than others. Sometimes i just dont want to go on. I dont feel suicidal. I just feel so depressed.

Is life supposed to be this way? Am i missing something here??? Some people take the edge off by drinking or smoking pot. I cant do any of that. Which really pisses me off. I know for a fact that ever since i stopped drinking my emotional life has gotten severely worse because i have nothing to take the edge off. Im constantly angry, sad, or irritable. Severely. Its jeopardizing my relationship with everyone around me.

I just dont know what to do anymore.

I thought Pokemon Moon was pretty good. I don't know about the Ultra versions though.

Phoned my psychiatrists office but she was away from the phone.

Didn't leave a message because it's not an emergency.

I'm just so tired and feel sick.

Waited for a call from my cpn but stupid phone went straight to voicemail so I missed it.
Taken amisulpride for the first time. I’m really anxious I hate trying new meds. It tasted so chemically that I gagged. Hope I don’t get too bad side effects

Im kinda looking to be set in new direction. Need advice.

Too long, didnt read:

Ever since i stopped drinking ive been depressed, sad, and irritable, angry, lonely. But its been going on for longer. I just had drinking to cover it up. Now i dont know what to do since i have absolutely nothing to take the edge off anymore. Not even a cigarette. Which is why i vape.

I hope it works ok!

The main side effects I got from it initially was akathisia and some weird dystonic stuff.

I got on reasonably at lower doses though. 500mg was too much for me if I remember rightly.

I think you need to find something meaningful to fill your time and help your mood. As to what that is I have no idea. But I get the feeling a lot of this stems from your boredom and isolation.

Thanks loial, I’ve got some procyclidine so if I get anything like that I can take it.
I’m starting on 400mg that’s what the label info says to take. I’m guna be hyper alert of anything that could be a side effect all night lol.
I’m hoping it doesn’t make me faint like aripiprazole did

I bet a large portion of it does. I just dont want that thing to be me spending every flucking week at my clinic. I spent 2 to 3 days at my clinic a week as it is.

Idk where to start looking to find some thing.

I’m panicking that I’ve taken too much now. But it definitely says take two tablets up to twice daily and they’re 200mg tablets. Bollocks what if I’ve taken too much?!

I started on lower doses and titrated up... I don't think 400mg is waay too much although I will say

I will say I took it split between morning and night.

Didn't they give you any advice about how to take it when you were at p-doc or whatever?

No I spoke to him over the phone and he just sent the script through, didn’t explain how to take it. It was prescribed as a prn which might make a difference idk

The usual dosage range for psychosis is 400-800mg if that helps.

As I said I used to take it in an am/pm split. 200mg in morning and 300mg at night.

If you are really unsure call your p-doc. A pharmacist might be able to help too.

I think finding some hobby to do at home would be best since that's where you spend most your time.

If your not overly motivated then just try doing things for 15-30 mins even if you don't feel like it. Over time you'll probably find yourself enjoying those activities more.
