Should I watch my 600 pound life instead of the X-files? For some reason I just can't focus on the X-files. The only one I remember is the second episode of this season. If Google sells this season like they did the last one, I could watch the eps in order on my phone. If I buy it. I guess I could torrent it too. But I haven't continued to torrent ST Discovery after the scary crap that happened getting ep 1. My phone was infested with aggressive pop up ads. I got rid of them but now Tapatalk crashes. So... And I've been too scared to click on the file to watch it.

Yes, it's a show I never seem to get tired of. When I feel really big, I pretend I used to weigh 700 pounds and I'm plateauing. I can't believe the courage of the people on the show.

So...there's this guy at work and I can't tell if he's gay or it's just because english isn't his first language lol. Today he said to me that I have eyes like a calm ocean haha there's been loads of things he's said and im not sure how to react. He also seems to follow me a lot.

my 600 pound life is pretty interesting but it seem like it got repetitive. They show them at their highest weight... most of the time they are unable to take care of themselves because of how big they are... then they go to the same doctor on the show and tells them the same thing. They "try" to eat healthy and exercise... sometimes they don't meet their goal weight for surgery and so there are tears. They eventually get the surgery... they struggle and only lose so much... eventually they get their act together and lose a bunch of weight... happy ending.

Yes, they do follow a formula. The happy ending makes the pain worthwhile. I remember one of the early eps, a man in Guam weighed like 1000 pounds. He ended up dying because he couldn't get transportation to the US mainland. If all the stories were about them failing or dying, it would be much too depressing to watch.

well its not like I want it to be about failing or dying... I would like to see more aspects of their lives. what they do for fun... how they get their clothes and shoes... what their hometown is like... be a little more personable.. it is their life after all.

I shouldve told the doctor 3 or more months ago that my meds havent been working. Ever since they lowered my dosage by half ive been having trouble. This whole year almost. 2017 i mean.

I just thought it would get better once i was adjusted but it hasnt.

I remember when you didn't need cable to watch tv. You may only get the local channels but hey at least there was something to watch.

You dont. I have broadcast tv. Ive always had it. Since ive lived. But here theres nothing on except religious, foreign, and local news stations.

You just need an antenna to recieve tv. Its free! I never watch tv tho. If i do its either the news or netflix.

Im christian. Yes the bible talks specifically about the whole medium/psychic thing. Its against it. But jesus also healed many who had mental illness. People say be kind and dont be mean etc. say what would jesus do. Jesus also turned the tables in the church. Jesus was mean when he had to be.

Those people dont fully know. But i didnt read the whole thread.
