Right now I'm rereading Feeling Good by David Burns, MD. Has some pretty good insights into what causes my moods sometimes.

I can not recommend this series enough. I saw that they had a DBT workbook for psychosis on amazon, too. I used the one for anxiety when I was at my lowest and it turned my life around... I’ll need to crack it back open.

- a beautiful mind
- inwards
- the fall of Mephisto

And soon, The Center Cannot Hold
