Now I'm told I probably have a combo of schizophrenia, schizo affective, and schizotypal. I'm on the schizophrenia spectrum. Any one else here have anything like this or know how to treat it? CBT and meds?

I can calm down about a lot of what is going on, but sometimes I get angry.

My counselor thinks I might have cptsd because the stuff that I go through is happening. So I am schizo because I don't ignore all the robots and trolls. If I ignored them and didn't let it get to me, I would be considered normal.

Everywhere I go it seems a set-up is happening. Elon Musk thinks we might be in a computer simulation. I kind of see it that way. People seem programmed to bother people that the rich people don't like.

Anyone else experience anything similar, like gas lighting, workplace mobbing and gangstalking. I have and I guess if I didn't let it get to me I wouldn't be in this mess.

Well, if anyone has an answer or ideas to help, I'd appreciate it.
Hugs from:
