So I ****ed up at work. Totally amateur mistake. Charged the wrong shipping. Cost the business $60. Told my boss to take it out of my check and he refused. Said we all make mistakes and as far as mistakes go it wasn’t bad. Totally cool.

Good morning/afternoon everyone. How are things going today?

I'm not feeling great. Wife wanted me to go with her to the post office but I declined cause I just am not feeling good enough to pick up the package there. I feel like I could faint. I just want to feel better after the last week and a half.

I feel weak...and hungry but feel sick. So I don't want to eat. This sucks.

There were two more cartons of candy on my table before breakfast but the person who brought my tray did something with them. I got the big boxes of Kleenex though.

Yesterday the guy who runs this place "fixed" my leaky tank and now it's ruined. I have to try to use an old one now. My friend ordered me a new one but not with fast delivery. :/

So I'm waiting for my new tank to come. I'm dreading all the vape breaks until it does. Leak flood flood leak. I forgot my box of Kleenex coming in though. I hope it comes by Saturday.

So it's a fcked up day.

I want to change mine because I changed it while I was crazy and obsessed and almost stalkerish and it always makes me think of that but I just can’t bring myself to do it.

Doctor’s appointment later today. I mean, I’ve been somewhat okay lately. I’ve felt a little off since I went back to 40mg of Latuda but not too crazy. I slept with the lights on last night because I was worried something would happen if I turned them off but... idk.

Hopefully he has a rec from the psych. Might throw me on seroquel or something lol.

Had a reasonable day so far. I went for my run. Going well was my fastest so far but I think I have mild shin splints. It’s disappeared on one side over the past couple of days but still around on the other leg. Hopefully it’ll clear up soon.

Then my brother-in laws family all came over for tea and cakes. Went well, I mostly just played with my nephew.

Now I’m just counting down the time to the football. ⚽️

Hope all are okay.

Need to get back to proper dieting. Always harder when away but I have maintained mostly. Maybe a tiny gain. Hard to tell with different scales. Might just be water weight.

Hey. Finished working. Easy day.
I was just sitting here thinking how far my son has come over the last year. 8th grade was HARD. He started hanging out with a “bad” kid never home or wanting to participate in family things, failing classes, then we had the incident with the booze and pot. He got into a fight with that kid and he’s back to being my sweet kid. He gets up early and has coffee with me. He rides hard all day. He texts me right back. Calls and shows up when he’s supposed to. Did fantastic his freshman year. Just good stuff. I’m so blessed.
